The Cadbury Chocolate Carnival will be held from Saturday 11th July till Friday 17th July 2009 in Dunedin, New Zealand.

The most iconic event of the week is the Cadbury Jaffa Race. In 2009, 30,000 Cadbury Jaffas will be released from the top of Baldwin Street, the steepest street in the world. For those who are not familiar with the product, Cadbury Giant Jaffas are round balls of orange candy coated chocolate confectionery.

Bluewater Hotel Deco Decanted & Jazz Festival
Date: 17 Jul 2009 - 19 Jul 2009
Venue: Napier CBD
City: Napier
Bluewater Hotel Deco Decanted is Napier's mid-winter Art Deco celebration that encompasses its own Jazz festival. It combines the outrageous fun of an Art Deco Event with the groove and style of a Jazz Festival.
Enjoy Flicks and Chips – where we gather in a Church Hall to watch a series of hilarious movie shorts from Dave Turnbull's 16mm projector and enjoy fish and chips from the packet with lashings of tomato sauce and vinegar and a hot mug of tea - just like they would have done in the 30's.
For jazz buffs there is a wide range to choose from. The variety of events is wide so you can be confident that this mid-winter celebration of all things art deco coupled with a jazz festival will be a weekend full of fun that you should not miss.
What a great combination! What a great weekend!
Get your best deco clothes on and head for Napier for a feast of wining, dining, vintage cars, a parade, concerts, and much more.
